Been a bit slow putting stuff up as of late. I have a really really big project on that is taking all my time. I managed to slip this little job in for Runners world magazine. Their is some pretty nasty weather going on in the UK at the moment. Not that it bothers me, as I have buggered of to Argentina and it is very nice and hot.
