Ants in Parade is a great little kids book I have been working on for Egmont in London. Here you can see the cover and the first two spreads. I also design and painted the text. You have got to love music playing ants. I tried to insert a little New Orleans parade into the ants. The whole look has turned rather nice with a hint of retro. Something that came about really buy chance. I new I wanted to create something that felt like a classic. I think its something about the colours. Any way here it is. What do you guys think?
